New Phones to Look Forward To in 2021

As always, we will all be getting excited at the next generation of smartphones that are going to be released just in time for Christmas. Which will we go for as our phone for 2021? Or maybe we will wait to see what other models come out that year?

The top brands keep their cards close to their chest when it comes to their latest models so finding information can be difficult. That said, there have been numerous leaks and lots of rumors about what we can look forward to. Whether these are accurate is another matter but until we have something concrete to report, these rumors will have to do for now.

So, let’s take a look at those that are rumored to be released in the coming months

Apple iPhone 12

Apple always tops the list for many consumers when it comes to being the next must-have smartphone. It is about that time of year when we should hear more about the iPhone 12 models but still nothing official. We can probably expect 5G connectivity while others have suggested they will contain 120HZ displays.

Galaxy Z Fold E

The Galaxy Fold has amazed us all this year but for many, the price tag is just far too much. However, there have been strong rumors that Samsung are now considering releasing a more affordable version. The Galaxy Z Fold E is said to offer a smaller screen but will sell for half the price of the original.

Xiaomi Folding Phone

Talking of making folding screen technology available to larger audiences, Xiaomi are thought to be getting in on the act. Known for producing high-quality phones at an affordable price, Xiaomi are said to be creating a flip phone that uses this technology. This is just the word on the street at the moment but it does sound plausible.

Nokia 7.3 5G

We all know that 5G connectivity is going to be a must for most new smartphones but this will lead to an increase in cost. This has left many brands looking for a way to get entry-level phones on the market and Nokia seems to be leading the way. There are big noises being made about the Nokia 7.3 %G being the phone that allows those with smaller budgets to enjoy the benefits of 5G.

Huawei Mate X2

Another smartphone/tablet that is widely expected to hit the market in the coming months is the Huawei Mate X2. THis is the successor to the X and while little details have been released, the biggest difference is that the folding screen will be on the inside rather than the outside.

Sound Interesting?

There is a lot to look forward to thanks to numerous new technologies emerging in time for 2021. The folding screen and 5G have both made big impacts on consumers already and this is only going to increase as we get more devices that offer those features.
