Asking where to bring your device when it is not functioning is a question to add on your list of questionnaires. Do you need to bring it somewhere else, or you can have them pick it up to where you prefer? Sure, if their service centers are too far from where you are located, thinking twice about buying their equipment is a must. But if they can pick it up to your location and bring it back once it is fixed, knowing the location is not necessary any more.

Do they have a customer service available to provide you assistance when a problem occurs? What are the ways to contact their customer service? Is it through chat, phone, email or social media? This you have to know so in the event that questions, inquiries, more so complains occur, you know where to get help from.
