Forum has been redesigned

When we first began with our forum, we were using MyBB. However, with time activities died down as we could not encourage members to start using our forum. The major reason was clearly pointing out where a conventional forum software lacked and why forums were dying due to the rise of social networks and Facebook.

The reason? Well, yes, usability and design.

Forums are often jam-packed with features, however, they are so poorly done, when it comes to actual usability, making it hard for both users and admins to maintain them.

We decided to use Vanilla as our forum software. The design is clearly unconventional, and has a clear identity standing out of the crowd. It seems to combine the philosophies of social networks, QnA (like StackExchange) and traditional forums.

The forum is now ready and the list of the new features can be seen here.

Feel free to sign up and join our discussions.

Also, a big thank you to Manohar Maddineni for designing the banner, favicon and graphics.

Hope you all love our new, easy to use and simple design.
