Workplace training consists of employers offering training and development programs to their employees that benefit the organisation and company. Training is offered to improve the performance and efficiency of completing tasks relevant to the organisation and is usually offered in a range of forms and activities, such as online training for those companies that offer remote work, classroom-based learning sessions, and finally on-the-job learning exercises.
