Digging Deeper: All You Need to Know About Samsung Galaxy Z Flip

In spite of standing as the top brand in the tech arena, Samsung has chosen the front ground to play in the technology game. From the brand new idea of Phablets to 5G enabled smartphones through the first commercially introduced foldable phone of the world. All through the decade, the company has been coming up with incredible innovations with utter creativity.

The Seoul based company unveiled another device at its Unpacked 2020 event. The event was held in San Francisco, California and Samsung won the city all around. The glimpse of the upcoming smartphone seemed to be the future of the smartphone industry.

Samsung is prepared to bring the company’s second foldable device into reality, named Galaxy Z Flip. It can’t be called the sequel of Samsung Fold, as it brings an innovative design which is not-so-new for the world. The Galaxy Z Flip is adorned in a clamshell design which was pursued by Moto Razr. And prior to Moto Razr, it has been seen in many 80s and 90s phones.

Unfortunately, Motorola Razr didn’t get what it deserved from the market but flawless Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has got all things covered. Recently Z Flip was launched in the US with the collosal price $1380. Grab yourself one because of the limited sale quantities.

The Best of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has been making headlines since it first surfaced on the internet. For the first time, Samsung mobiles have a pocket-friendly size in the foldable section. This flagship can effortlessly slip into the pocket and has the feature to expand into a normal-sized phone.

It has an absolutely stunning 6.7” display, which is easy-to-manage and can let you multitask impressively.

The first best of Samsung Z Flip award goes to the enormous yet manageable screen. In the extended features, Samsung display screen functions over the OLED panel which flaunt the high-resolution of 2636 x 1080 pixels.

The display features aren’t finished there, it’s the first foldable smartphone supporting a folding glass on the top. You may have seen in the pictures that there is a secondary mini-screen which boasts a 1.1” Super AMOLED display apparently for showing time and notifications.

The engine inside is spectacular. The Galaxy Z Flip is powered with the flawless specs which actually make it stand out as a flagship device. It runs on a 7nm 64-bit Octa-Core chipset combined with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of in-built storage.

On the whole, the design and specs create a fashionable foldable flagship which isn’t just for adorable looks.

Here… Galaxy Z Flip Can be Good

But Galaxy Z Flip isn’t as flawless as it seems. There are a few things that may hamper the Galaxy Z Flip’s chances of experiencing a Quantum Leap. The first thing that may hurt is the 3300 mAh battery. It doesn’t seem to be big enough for an enormous screen of 6.7”. If we compare it with the company’s older foldable Samsung Galaxy Fold, Z flip may disappoint you as Fold has 4380mAh battery which is pretty much better with a 7.3” display size.

What’s more, Samsung has never failed to impress its users with its perfect cameras. Here you may be disenchanted by the Camera features. Samsung could have done better with the Z Flip, but there are only two rear cameras, and the sad part is there is no fancy S20ish 108MP lens.

In contrast, Samsung Galaxy Fold was huge in terms of cameras with stunning six lenses for shooting pictures and videos.

Proxy in Samsung Galaxy Z Flip

Making out judgements about this newly launched Z Flip may be wrong but the major poxy in the flagship is its extremely high price. A phone of $1380 US is way too much for a minorly flawed gadget. Even in the high-end section of the company, it still appears to be really expensive.

When it’ll be delivered to different continents, it will be more expensive with subsidy charges and exclusive taxes.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip: The Thom Borne Edition

Who doesn’t know about the famous Thom Borne? Samsung is this time adding oomph to its flagship by collaborating with a stylish design. The designer’s signature stripes of red, white, and blue colours on the grey base look more than magnificent. The theme User Interface is designed in a more corporate way. That incorporates a leather mobile case, Galaxy, a pair of the new Galaxy Buds+, and Watch Active2. They currently have two smaller than usual speakers installed in each earbud, an additional microphone for better stable, better audio on calls, and almost double battery hours, (11 hours versus the more established model’s six hours). The pre-orders of the extravagant Thom Borne Edition will commence on Friday, February fourteenth.
