Thousands of motorists get injured every year after being amazed by the sun, with north-west England drivers being the most awfully affected, according to figures shown by the AA. We take a look at some of the other reasons which cause drivers to collide. According to the figures highlighted by AA, the glare of low laying sun has contributed to 28 road deaths a year. Around 3900 road users get injured due to the glare of the sun. Drivers also crash their cars when trying to avoid potholes but 7 out of top drivers said that they never reported any pothole to local council.
