A peek at the upcoming Firefox OS

Today we’re going to take a look at some screenshots of Firefox OS that I managed to capture from the Firefox OS simulator add-on for Firefox browser.

It’s obviously still in its development stages, but things are looking pretty good right now.

Here’s an assortment of screenshots from the lockscreen, dialler, music app, app drawer, settings app, Firefox Marketplace, camera app, gallery app, calculator and task switcher.

As you can see, the UI is colourful and vibrant, there’s a dock at the bottom of the screen and the task switcher is a little bit like Windows Phone’s.
