One of the most rapidly evolving professions is medicine and nursing, The practices used today are a far cry from those used 50 or 60 years ago. It seems amazing that we’ve come such a long way in a relatively short time. However, when you take a look at some of the practices used in the past it makes you thankful that you weren’t alive in those times as often the treatments where far worse than the actual illness.
