Pre-orders for Cubot Dinosaur is now open on Gearbest

A month ago, the smartphone maker Cubot was planning to release two new phones this year, namely the Cubot X17S and the Cubot Dinosaur.

The Dinosaur is a 5.5-inch phone with HD display, quad-core MT6735A chipset and design that is similar to the Xiaomi Redmi 3. The plastic bodied phone will support LTE bands 1/3/7/20 and comes with 3GB RAM, 16GB memory and Android 6.0 out of the box. Other features include Hotknot, 2 mega-pixel front camera, a 8 mega-pixel rear camera and 4150mAh battery.

The Dinosaur is 8.8mm thick and has a textured back which prevents accidental slip from the hands.

The popular Chinese e-commerce retail website Gearbest has started preorders for the Cubot dinosaur from April 15 and is expected to continue till May 30, after which shipping begins.
