Agile is just another buzzword in the IT industry. Globalization, Cross-border Clients, Virtual business networks and International Customers have instigated the need for Agile Technology in the corporate sector. It has certainly changed the way millions of people work together with more flexibility, clarity and adaptability.

The business strategies developed by many organizations today need reinvention, including the Agile methodologies. While some of the companies are already speeding towards modern agile approaches, there are many who are still non-agile. Such organizations should focus on applying agile techniques for their daily meetings with clients, conference calling and interaction with offices across the globe.

Arrange for a weekly session across the teams, wherein a topic can be picked by any executive to share knowledge and also welcome suggestions from other members.
